Do you Accept Returns?

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our products we offer returns for store credit only.

Please email all return inquires to lifestyle.shauna@gmail.com

We must be notified of your return within 3 days of the item arriving to you, after that time frame we  can not accept a return. Items must be in their original and unworn condition.

Store Credit will be issued in the form of a giftcard minus the return shipping cost and must be used within a reasonable time frame.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping prices are based on weight of the item or items and zip code.  We ship using USPS. All items will be mailed within 2 days of purchase.

 All items shipped will have a tracking number.  Please allow an additional 1-2 days from when your shipping label was printed for it to reach the Post Office. 

Although this situation is extremely rare, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit or after delivery. We do not refund for lost or stolen packages.  

Please double check your address before placing your order and make sure that your delivery location is a safe and secure place to have the package dropped. If a package does come back to me because of an address error on the customers side I will have to ask that you pay for postage again to get it back to the correct address. 

 

An Item I like is Sold Out, can you make another exactly like it?

Our items are One Of A Kind as I use recycled materials so there is only one of each item, and it can not be recreated using the exact same materials but I am regularly restocking the shop with new designs and similar styles so please check back!
