Do you Accept Returns?
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we offer returns for store credit only.All return inquiries must be emailed to shaunasellsoc@gmail.com.We must be notified of any return within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition.Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.Shipping Policies:
All shipped items include a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days from the time your shipping label is created for the package to be received by the post office.
While this is extremely rare, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit or after delivery. Refunds are not issued for lost or stolen packages.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order and ensure your delivery location is safe and secure. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the postage to have the order reshipped to the correct address.Each item in my shop is one of a kind, as I use recycled materials. Because of this, once an item is sold it cannot be recreated using the exact same materials. However, I restock the shop with new designs and similar styles, so please check back for future releases! Feel free also to browse "custom listing" options and i will happy to accomodate.
